Our 180+ professionals have many years of experience in various disciplines, including IT, engineering, fleet management, commercial and military aircraft, and engine and component manufacturers. Many are licensed A&P technicians. We will understand your needs and efficiently find solutions.
We support our global customers from our offices in Connecticut, Florida, Kentucky, Ohio and our Canadian entity Hardpoint Technology Solutions.

Joe joined Tsunami in 2007 and is the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He had previously led asset tracking ERP implementations in both the commercial and defense sectors, managed Tsunami’s production support team and performed account executive roles on some of Tsunami’s largest clients.
Matthew Atwater
Matthew is an accomplished business leader and entrepreneur, leveraging his experience in information systems and years of consulting for large manufacturing and aerospace companies to found Tsunami Tsolutions in 2003. The company’s success has been fueled by Matthew’s belief that integrating technology with subject matter expertise delivers turn-key solutions of exceptional customer value.
Mark Buongiorno
Mark has more than 30-years of experience in Aerospace and Defense with over half of his time as an Executive Leader and Change Agent working with military, commercial and space systems. Mark heads operations strategy and is the key enabler of business execution across Tsunami’s global team. Mark’s industry experience combined with his drive for organizational effectiveness is the catalyst of company growth and market expansion.

Our Quality Management System: Operational Reliability Continuous Advancement (ORCA) ensures these expectations will be met. As part of ORCA, testing and verification is a combination of both in-house and customer requirements of compliance. The process involves steps to ensure design meets specification, to identify and resolve issues and variances early in the process, to ensure the supply chain is robust and responsive, to ensure development meets design, and to test throughout the process.
